Book Witch has been designed to function with human interaction, and attempts to circumvent this requirement are a direct violation of these Terms of Use.
Any action that attempts to disrupt, undermine, manipulate or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of Book Witch's services is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or detrimentally interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or information of Book Witch.
In the event of a breach of these rules, Book Witch reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action. This may include, without limitation, restricting or suspending your access to our services, without prior notice. Further, in the case of a violation, no refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to the violation.
Please note that Book Witch reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Book Witch's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting such user violations to law enforcement authorities.
Please note that the privileges associated with your Book Witch subscription may be subject to change at any time. In the event of a significant alteration to the terms of your subscription, we will endeavor to notify you via email at least 15 days prior to the change coming into effect. However, please be aware that Book Witch cannot be held responsible if such notifications are not received due to factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where our emails are mistakenly marked as spam, or if you have unsubscribed or blacklisted our emails. We strongly encourage you to regularly check your spam folder and to maintain an active and accurate email address with us to ensure you receive all necessary notifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Witch will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or the Book Witch Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

The use of Book Witch Services now operates on a subscription model. Upon registration, users can choose from various subscription levels, each providing a designated number of tokens monthly. Tokens are credited to the user's account at each subscription renewal date. Unused tokens will expire and be forfeited at the end of the subscription period without compensation. Additional tokens beyond the subscription allocation can be purchased separately. In the case of a malfunction during the generation process, the consumed token will be credited back to the user's account.
For users opting for the Unlimited version, they may use their own OpenAI API key. Additional charges by OpenAI may apply, and users are responsible for monitoring their usage to avoid unexpected charges.
